This is an eminently practical course. The programme is designed with 6 days of activity, 2 days being dedicated to each of the activities proposed.
The Spanish Mountain School has an indoor rockodrome, perfect for learning the initial techniques common to the three mountain activities:
- Initiation to climbing: Two days of rock climbing in the Benasque valley rock climbing school, where we will work on safety techniques, progression and the use of different equipment and materials.
- Initiation to Via Ferrata: Two days dedicated to carrying out routes on more or less vertical walls, through which you can progress with the help of ladders and handrails carved into the rock. We will learn the basic techniques to advance along these routes and enjoy the vertical world.
- Canyoning initiation: Two days dedicated to water progression through mountain rivers, embedded in canyons, full of waterfalls, natural slides and pools of transparent water. In the Benasque valley, there are many different gorges of varying technical difficulty and great natural beauty. We will learn the techniques necessary to descend these rivers safely and independently.
